Whole 30 On A Budget - Week 2

Second week success! YAY! I noticed that I'm kind of just piecing foods together and not really needing to have a recipe to follow, just simple ingredients. I feel "lighter" and less bloated, more energy on most days and less hungry throughout the day.

Dinner- Crockpot chicken and veggie soup, crockpot boneless pork ribs with green beans and bacon, tri tip roast with carrots and potatoes, unstuffed zucchini, cabbage roll soup.

Today I head out for another shopping trip and it's time to buy some meat as our supply has dwindled down, and it's perfect timing as there are some really great meat sales right now! I hope these blog posts are helpful for you and proof that you CAN eat healthy on a budget. Catch you next week when I share about week 3!

Thank you for being here,
