Whole 30 On A Budget - Week 4

Woo Hoo!!!! I made it... almost, lol. I completed one of my goals which was to stay on budget during another round of whole 30, but I did have a "non compliant" meal on day 24. I knew that anything I ordered wouldn't be compliant, so rather than go a little against the plan with the wrong cooking oil, I totally went all in and just ordered the shrimp enchiladas when we dined out to celebrate my husband and daughters baptism. Let me just say... it was worth the splurge! But, I did get back on track to at least finish the next few days strong. So here's an overview of my last week on whole 30!

What Did I Eat?
Breakfast- Egg Scramble!! I absolutely love this breakfast! It's really simple, just take some eggs, scramble them up and choose your veggie and meat add ins! My favorite combo is chicken apple sausage, mushrooms, green onion and zucchini. Add some avocado to take it up a notch and voila! Delectable breakfast in a jiffy!

Lunch- mostly leftovers, tuna salad on a bed of lettuce, chicken salad.

Dinner- Sausage and kale potato soup, Tri-tip and veggies, Chicken and veggies, Taco salad.
